Greg has an extensive background in portfolio management, project lending, team management, business development, and loan workout. He has invested years as a volunteer business advocate for real estate groups at the local, state, and national levels. He has managed people, project loans, and portfolios through major business expansions and through economic contractions. Greg has sourced, underwritten, and managed loans on projects and properties throughout the west, from multi-family, to subdivision development, to office/industrial, to retail. Greg's experience includes:
